Are you looking to make a super easy and quick appetizer without comprising the flavor? THIS is the ONE for you. These pear and brie skewers look fancy, are so simple to make, and will be a real crowd-pleaser for your guests.

But wait, you might ask, aren’t cheese and fruit supposed to be served after dinner!? Nope, you don’t have to be. This combination of arugula with balsamic vinaigrette gives them a ‘salad on a skewer’ vibe, making them a refreshing appetizer for any party.
I added some prosciutto to make it even more savory, but this recipe certainly works without it, as well. Make it a vegetarian version or prepare some skewers without meat for your vegetarian guests.

I’ve always loved the combination of cheese and fruit, and believe pear and brie cheese to be the perfect “pair”. You can, of course, replace the cheese with camembert or blue cheese, if you prefer.

Ready to combine a whole bunch of flavors that fit perfectly together on one skewer? This easy recipe will only take 15 minutes, and will give you, in return, a whole lot of happy-faced guests.
